Digital BW, The Print

Having some troubles with the Ilford Galerie Pearl finish paper on an 
Epson 1800.  Little white dots appear directly underneath each other in 
five rows.  Cleaned the nozzles, checked alignment and made another 
print.  Same problem.  Switched to Epson enhanced matte, Photo quality 
inkjet and even a plain piece of paper with no problems.  Any 
suggestions?

Are they consistently even and do they occur in the direction of paper
travel through the printer?  If so, perhaps "pizza wheel" marks due to the
ink not drying before the paper moves under the pizza wheels that
handle/guide the paper?
