i wouldlike to know if will be possible to load the new K4 MIS inks in 
a Epson 2200 using only the 7 color inks.

The carts are physically different -- chips on opposite ends.  If you're
buying bulk, I'd stick with what MIS sells for the 2200.  There might be
differences in some of the inks also.

The MIS PRO color inks that work in the 2200 are excellent. Actually
I'm using MIS PRO in my 1280 and very happy. I don't think you can ask
for anything else in a color inkset. So don't yearn for the K4 for
your 2200. MIS say the MIS PRO will not work in a 2400 though even
though it seems to work in everything else.

The question has already been answered, but just in case anyone is
interested (probably not) I'm using Epson K3 inks in a 2200 for B&W.
MK, PK, LK, LLK, LC, LM and R800 blue.
