Subject: faulty chips on 2100 NK7 cartriges
Hello all, I've got a couple K7 cartriges with faulty chips and have tried
communicating with InkJet Mall's Tech support but have had no responce for 2
weeks now. I've had the same problem with the cartriges once before, and
they sent me replacement one's with great haste. Not this time though. I
understand they must be busy with PMA coming up, but I'm in the middle of a
large job and am not sure what to do next (besides ordering more cartriges
of course). Does anybody have any ideas???
