page computers?

2006-02-14 by matt@matthaber.com

There was a little discussion a few weeeks ago about Page Computers as a
possible source for a 2400, and I seem to remember that at least one list
member had or was about to buy one from them. I'm curious what your
experiences were. Their ratings by past buyers seem to say "be very
cautious, but don't run away screaming."

thanks
matt

I bought the 2400 from them at $675 8 days ago. Last week they sent
me the wrong printer. But, today, I actually did receive the 2400 from
them.
They still have not picked up the other Epson sent in error.
BTW, they have raised their price for the 2400 by nearly $100 since then.

Best
Howard

About 6 years ago, I bought a 21" Samsung monitor from them. Everything
went smoothly, and I'm using the monitor as we speak. I too ordered one
of the cheap 2400s last week. I haven't received a shipped notice yet.
I'll let everyone know what happens.
