Have you analyzed your black and white prints under varying light sources 
(incandescent lights only, blue sky only, etc) to see what degree of illuminant 
metamerism occurs with this ink and paper combination?

With incandescent lighting there is a very slight purplish cast to 
the black, in fluorescent lighting it is dead neutral, in direct 
sunlight it is neutral with very slight magenta in shadows. None of 
the metamerism is very strong or objectionable and the overall 
impression is very pleasant.
