of March 3, it appears to have stopped dead.

Not likely.  Yahoo sucks you in with “free” groups, and then we are all
stuck with what we the QOS that we paid for

..  Sometimes the mail delays
get so large, it is impossible to participate in a discussion.  Three days
is pretty darn long, even considering it’s Yahoo Groups.

If you are talking about QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com it is up and 
running fine, I got a few e- mail from it today. Check your e-mail 
settings and Yahoo.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
