Digital BW, The Print

Congratulations to me, I just bought a 7000 complete with Fiery 5100 server.
I will be mainly printing B/W hextone prints using MIS VM and/or FS inks.

What are my options with the Fiery Server?  Can I use it for this process,
or am I better off selling it and buying something else?  If the Fiery
software is not appropriate for this use, can I use the box with another
print server (e.g. Imageprint) or piezo24)?
