Hi Tom...

I am presently using an MIS CIS on a 1280. The cars have sponges. I've been considering moving to the spongeless (non-cis) carts.

Why are you looking for sponged carts? Are they better?

Thanks

Can anyone tell me where I can get empty 1160 and 1280 carts with sponges?
  All MIS has are spongeless.

Jim,

Many have had good luck woth the new spongless carts. I've been having
trouble with them and want to put a set of sponged ones back in to see if they
really are the problem.
