R800 with MIS B&W ink

Does anyone have any experience using MIS B&W inks in an Epson R800? I have some UT-R2, UT-FSN, and some other odds and ends that I can play with. Any suggestions on how to map the photo black, red, blue and glop are welcome. I print matte only, and have a densitometer for linearizing output.
