Digital BW, The Print

I am creating a series of ICCs for a Innova semi matte with create ICC.
I am using a densitometer, so they are for density values only.  The 
densities are very similiar, but not identical.  In the highlights, 
there is no variation, in the midtones, the variations don't exceed .02 
and in the shadows, the variations don't exceed .04 max and mostly are 
closer.  All settings are the same except the color toning values.
Are these variations enough to create seperate profiles for, or can I 
create a standard profile that will work for all?
