R2400 Piezography Problem

I recebtly installed a set of Piezography NK7 inks and the latest version of Quadtone RIP, but when I print the results are terrible. I am using the correct curve at 2880 and the images lack contrast and the midtones are muddled and lack any real detail. has anyone had similar problems?
