Reading the sample chapter in Amadou's book, I found a mention of a Recovery slider in 
Camera Raw, like the one in Lightroom. The graphic shows it's version 4.0. The latest at the 
Adobe web site is 3.7.

The version of ACR 4 referenced in the book will ship with CS3, due
out later this month.
