Changing times
2007-05-05 by Richard Smallfield
I've been a daily reader of this list for I don't know how many years and have learnt everything I know from the list and Bruce Fraser's books. And Paul Roark has educated us all, for which we are all indebted. When I first joined the Epson 1160 was the most popular printer, clogs were the most popular topic and Archival Matte seemed to be widely used. (I used MIS UT inks on a 1200 but gave up because of clogs and changed to a 2100 plus Ultrachromes, with better results. Now that clogs are no longer a topic, I'm trying a return to the MIS inks.) How things have changed in a short time.
