Eboni Ink for matte and semi luster?

I have been using Epson's Inks on my 7600 using QTR for printing on Condor BW with fairly good results. I have tried it with Epson Premium Luster paper and like the results, but looking at the image at an angle reveals a sheen. I am wondering if using MIS Eboni ink in place of the Epson Matte Black can give me the best of both worlds, even for Museo Silver Rag? Comments appreciated in advance. Tony
