Maybe atlex.com, unless you're in Florida along with Atlantic  
Exchange, if you include all costs, including sales tax and shipping.  
But, for all I know it might depend partly on the printer(s) for  
which you need the ink. And then there are wrinkles. For example, I  
get the best price on the black carts for the R200 at Target locally  
(if I don't drive out of my way to go there), but the best price on  
the color carts at Atlex.

Hard to make it "short & sweet" Michael. Did you mention your printer model?

 

ITT Supplies has good prices on ink and paper w/Free shipping on orders over
$75 (on my last order I had the products BEFORE I had any email invoice!)

 

Atlex can have BETTER prices on ink but they charge shipping so which
printer is important.

 

With my 4800 it's pretty easy to exceed $75 in one order, back when I had a
R2400 that took lots more carts.

The R200 ink carts are about a dollar, i.e., 10 percent, more at  
ITsupplies than at Atlex, and on black I've gotten an even greater  
savings at Target. But ITsupplies' shipping charges are less, and the  
bottom-line advantage will vary both with the size of the order and  
with the location of the customer. So would the elapsed shipping  
time. So it's time to sharpen the pencil if you care about the cost,  
because Atlex service is good too.

Direct from Epson.com is reasonable, as usually they are running a
free shipping promotion. You can comparison shop a limited number of
dealers at dealink.com, just be careful to distinguish compatible from
OEM carts.
