Digital BW, The Print

Today I finally got to Tyler Boley's show at the Benham Gallery in 
Seattle. It is breath-taking. All of his images are gorgeous - the 
shadow detail, tonal range, separation and highlights are all over-the-
top. These are all masterpieces. I had seen his portfolio in LensWork 
and was inspired. But the full scale images are incomparable. It is 
truly amazing what he has done with large format film combined with 
the Epson/Cone system. If any of you in the northwest U.S. haven't 
seen his show, it is definately worth the trip to Seattle. Bravo!
