I followed the directions on Paul Roark's site, but can't get the file
extension to change. I use MIS UT7 inks in a 7600. This happened before
a long time ago, and I can't remember how I made it change. The curves
are not working. Please help.
Thanks,
Arlene

Arlene! This is how I got it to work on my Windows XPP machine. Right click on the link, save target as, and then in the dialog box change two things - in filename box overwrite .html extension with .acv - in Save as type box, change to All files. Good luck. Hi Arlene, With the new ISP, the extensions should not need changing. My old UT7 - 7600 Readme file, however, had the old website links in it. Try http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/UT7-7600-curves.html and download the files in the normal manner - right click and then "Save As." On my XP machine the *.acv extensions are there. If there is some other problem let me know. Paul www.PaulRoark.com <http://www.paulroark.com/> _____

As always, Paul came through with the answer. After two days of anguish, it
took two minutes to fix the problem.

The *.acv curves always appeared to work fine on Macs as long as they were ones where the driver was set to "No Color Adjustment." (I'd made some, mostly early ones, that used "Color Controls." This setting appears to be different on the different platforms.) Paul www.PaulRoark.com <http://www.paulroark.com/> _____
