Hi Alan,
have you ever seen banding like this? ... it's not blocked nozzles because it's *dark* banding. Never seen this before.

The banding runs parallel with the direction of the print head.

You can see it running vertically in the misty trees.

My Epson's getting to the stage that it might need a service - after three solid years of work I'm starting to see things like this. It doesn't owe me any favours - it's been a great printer.
