Paul,

Savannah in and of itself is very photogenic and just a short drive from Tybee Island. The water front is fun.
In and around Asheville you will have an oppotyunity to shoot mant farm areas with old tobacco barns and lovely landscapes. The Vanderbilt mansion is wonderful. The grounds offer an excellent opportunity for nice images. Spend time driving the loop road around the estate if you can.

Paul, you should Love the Great Smoky Mountains. Don't make your trip
there too brief, and bring your SL66.

Paul,

I live in chapel hill, nc. The western part of the state is quite pretty,
as is the coast. The middle bits are a bit of a photographic challenge IMO.
If you have a spare moment, feel free to stop by chapel hill and my wife and
I would love to feed ya'll a meal...

Best,

Lawrence
