Nozzle problem - Picture Included

Have a look at this photo of a Nozzle Check pattern from my Epson R1800. This is the MK pattern, and the problem is at the bottom on the 5-6 and 8-9 steps of the stair step. It's only there when I look closely, but I'd love to fix this. I've tried head cleaning through the utility, as well as cleaning the heads with Windex, but none of this makes even a small difference.
