I don't think you need to use your ink in 5 or 6 months. I have bottled
ink over 2 years old that is just fine.

Hmmm...what kind and brand, dye/pigment, etc? There's actually a 
factor of two built into most of the dates I gave, i.e. it might last 
12 months but throw away after six to be "safe", you see.

I'm trying to determine which of these "rules" others have NOT 
followed, and still had succes. Of course it applies only to 
occasional users with MIS or Piezo pigment ink...
