2100 UT7 Creating ICC for Kayenta/Lasal and Entrada, which curve to start with?

Hi! I would like to create an ICC as per Paul's instructions - initially for Moab Kayenta/Lasal, but eventualy also for Entrada Rag Bright and Natural. The inkset is UT7, printer - 2100 (same as 2200). Which curve should I start with? Paul has created the following matte curves for this inkset/printer combo: Epson Enhanced Matte Hahnemuele PhotoRag Epson UltraSmooth and PremierArt Hot Press Innova matte papers For Entrada Natural I think the best matching curve would be that of PremierArt Hot Press - Paul mentions in his readme text that "Moab- Natural prints similarly" with these curves. But what about Kayenta/Lasal and Entrada Rag Bright? Should I start with Epson Enhanced Matte curves? I could experiment and print the step wedge with a a number of different curves - but what should I look for - the most even distribution of tones? Better separation at the dark end? Watch out for reversal of densitities at the dark end?
