Why don't you ever see that on the Mac/PC ads with the two guys on TV? Wait. Oh, yeah.. it's a TV ad and not a PRINT ad.. Eric Neilsen Photo 4101 Commerce Street, Suite 9 Dallas, TX 75226 214 827-8301 http://ericneilsenphotography.com SKype ejprinter _____

oh geez, don't get me started on leopard/epson issues. they abound (sadly, they do not abide.). This is true for both Tiger and Leopard (two different machines) and PS/CS3 printing to an R2400. Should be the same for the 1400. Harry

I print with the R2400, using K7 inks, and experience no problems at all. Well, none that are related to the OS or PS, that is. Perhaps I should be called Candide? Harry

Harry, Sarah, if you are using K7s, then you are probably using QTR. QTR abides. But Leopard and the Epson driver, and Adobe's newer print path, and in particular with ABW... very un-Dude. For those of you thinking this all sounds a bit strange, sorry. There's actually embarrassing references.. an ethos if you will. Don't give it any thought... Back on point, on another list Andrew Rodney says all parties are currently involved in blaming the others, so progress is over the horizon. See this thread, and the extremely pleasant Mr Schewe's comment. Yes, I had an Epson tech cheerfully inform me that there would be no updated driver for the 2200 in Leopard, that basically there would no longer be any support for that old dinosaur of a printer at all (sob!). I am now fighting with an 1800 and thus using QTR (no issues there), but the option to use my 2200 would have been nice in light of the dire paper feed probelems I have with my 1800. It's always something. Tyler, to what thread are you referring...and btw, that movie is a Christmas Day staple. ;^) Sarah --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "Tyler Boley" <tyler@...> wrote:
