Out of date MIS (UT-3D) inks; still usable?

Out of date MIS (UT-3D) inks; still usable?

2009-01-08 by guy_staley

I have a set of UT-3D inks that are have an expiry of 11-17-2008.

Are these still usable?

What happens to the inks when they are out-dated?

I'd like to use the rest of the inks up before purchasing more, but
not at the expense of less than optimal prints.

Anybody have any input?

I would think so. Agitate them -- and all pigments -- occassionally to
keep them suspended.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think they might start to agglomerate.

Thanks Paul.

I guess I can just keep an eye on things with PrintFix Pro, and if
things begin to drift I'll know it's time to dispose of the inks,
