Digital BW, The Print

I'm trying out ECO Print Shield for the first time. I'm using the matte
liquid and just finished the first coat on several prints. Does it need to
cure for 24 hours before the second coat goes on, or can the second coat go
on after the first one is touch dry, as if I were using an acrylic varnish ?
What are other people doing ?
