Digital BW, The Print

Hi Folks,

I have some matt paper I would like to print with.  It is labeled Premier Premium Matte 210gms 8.5"x11" 50 sheets E43.  I don't remember if is the type that will take ink on both sides and would like to know how to tell the right side of paper?  I have printed a couple images with this paper, and I can see a slight curl on the printed side, but I don't know if that was caused by the contraction from the ink.   Any advice?

One way is to dampen your finger with your tongue and touch the paper.  
Your finger will stick slightly to the coated side of the paper.
