Digital BW, The Print

Just installed UT-14 on an Epson 1400 , and realized the Ilford Smooth  
Pearl is hard to load...hard to describe what happens in english, but  
basically the printer seems to have a problem in grabbing the  
paper...any hints?
BTW,anyone has  profiles for using it with QTR? With Glop?

I use the same paper and had problems until I cleaned the rollers with a
paper towel and Windex.
