Subject: [Digital BW] MIS eboni inkset with epson 1410

  
Hi all

I have just purchased an epson 1410 (Australian version of the 1400).

The printer works with the OEM inks so all good there. I am struggling with the MIS supplied 1400 EB6 kit. The printer does not seem to recognise the chips and indicates that each cart needs to be replaced.

Does anyone know if this is because the 1410 uses a different chip to the 1400 (one would have thought they would have been the same as they are essentially the same printer)? Has anyone had similar experience?

Grateful for any answers that can get me back on track.
