hello - 
i believe the problem is related to the a-111 vco pulse output - it may  
require some sort of buffering to work correctly. if i recall correctly, as i no  
longer have an a-111 vco, there is a similar problem using it with the a-117  
digital noise module - ? - 
have you tried it with an a-110 vco ? does the problem disappear or still  
continue ?
