The main problem is in this case not the impedance but the audio level.
Output levels of electric guitars, basses or microphones are in the mV range
(i.e. 1/1000 V) and the impedance is in the MOhm range. The levels of the
A-100 are in the Volt range and the A-100 modules have low impedance outputs
(typ 10k or even less, that's only 1/100 of the MOhm you mentioned). I don't
think that a DI box is necessary.
