hello !
i`m not sure about rigging something up in terms of existing modules but what 
would create the desired effect as a "d.i.y." would be a series of 
comparators configured as a "window comparator". then, as an input voltage 
passed thru certain ranges, different gates would be activated.  might be 
very handy for triggering different processes during a voltages evolution.
