It was lenghtly discussed on this list when the chance for a BBD-delay
has brought up. IIRC the idea was that the clock noise *can*
contribute desirably to the sound while it can be removed by filtering
as well. The other way round would not feasible. However, with all the
confusion and misconception in mind which univitably arose around the
clock noise it seems to be Doepfer's most daring business decision.
For example on a German synth forum s.o. thought it's module faulty
bcs. he tried to put the filter btn clock out and clk in and the
results doesn't have been up to his expect.. Guess, questions like
this will keep D and this list busy for some time to come :), Regards,
