As far as I know, the SEM-Filter is a classic OTA based, 12db State 
Variable Filter. Basically the same as the A-121, but the A-121 misses 
the blending between low- and hi-pass and also the A-121 is built around 
a Curtis Chip, where the SEM-Module as far as I know is built with 
separate OTAs (originally assumingly CA3080).
