We think about a sampler mode of the AD/DA module. The main problem of this
module(s) is the operation. AD/processing/DA is a  very universal method of
CV and audio processing (e.g. audio/CV delay, waveshaping, wave multiplying,
digital sequencer, waveform or CV converter, e.g. V/Oct <-> Hz/V, bit
crunching, S&H, and many many more). But each of these applications requires
a different type of operation, controls and in/outputs. So far we found no
concept how to juggle all these applications within one version of the
module. And the module will be 12 bit only !

In any case the RS 290 is totaly different from our plans. If you are
looking for a 16 bit sampler I'd recommend Bob's RS 290 and not to wait for
our AD/DA module.
