With a few exceptions (e.g. A-132) both an offset control and a control voltage input with attenuator are available for each voltage controlled parameter of a module. This is why normally separate offset generators and attenuators are not necessary in the A-100. If necessary (e.g. as an offset for the A-132) the manual CV source A-176 could be used as an offset generator. This is why I don't see the necessity of a dedicated offset module.
