A voltage offset module would be convenient in the patches below:

Audio source --> A-119 --> Voltage Offset --> A-155 lower row ext. input
LFO/VCO --> Voltage Offset --> A-155 lower row ext. input

An input voltage attenuator would be convenient. Built in amplification of
line level signals would eliminate the need for an A-199 in the first patch.

One could fit two of these to an 8HP panel if each included only in & out
jacks and input attenuator/amplifier and voltage offset knobs. One half
would even have room for an extra jack, perhaps inverse out or an extra CV
input with or without attenuator (without attenuator would be useful for
voltages coming from a 1V/Oct. CV source) and an extra pot, the
aforementioned attenuator for input two or fine tune of voltage offset.
Undoubtedly somebody will have other good suggestions.

Without an input each half should output the offset voltage. This would in
my opinion make for a module similar to but much more useful than the A-176,
especially if one half had fine control of offset and an unattenuated input.
Granted, only two outputs would be available, but the addition of the offset
feature would make up for it.

Also, the tuning range of my VCOs is limited to a couple of half tone steps.
Detuning one by a larger amount requires the use of a constant CV source and
either a mixer or the CV2 input - this module, esp. with an unattenuated
input, would be a killer for "fat fifth" type sounds.

What I'm describing above is similar and in my opinion superior to the
dotcom q125.
