Hi Bakis I think it is simply a DC-coupled precision-CV-mixer for two inputs: first input is fixed and is fed through 1:1. The second input which can add a voltage in a range between -10 and + 10 Volts. Maybe this should be solved as a DIY-project (it is very simple).
