I'm looking mainly for a non-midi solution (guess I just like to make life harder!). Something else I'm going to investigate is the Morton Subotnick technique of using envelope detectors to generate CVs from recorded audio material. (at least this is what I think he did). I Just received an A-119 external input module and will try recording some basic audio tones with increasing and decreasing volumes which I can route through the a- 119, which should then follow the envelopes of these recordings and output corresponding CVs. If I like the results, I may get some more a-119s to use with my multitrack recorder. My multitrack recorder would then become my CV sequencer!
