Doepfer

Hi folks,

I have a couple of filters (one LPF, one MMF) and am interested in 
getting another filter that goes beyond these. I already have the 
typical "raw, aggressive, Moogy, fat, distorted etc. etc." filter type 
sounds, and I'm now looking for something a little more refined that 
will allow me to create new and shifting timbres. The a-107 seems like 
a good option. Would love to read a review or here some extended audio 
files of this filter. If you use this filter regularly, please tell me 
about it!! Is it good for creating ambient timbral shifts over long 
drones? Step sequenced electro? Avant guard noise? Smooth synth pop? 
Movie soundtracks? Whatever your style - I'm keen to hear. 

Anyone out there able to help me? Would greatly appreciate this.
