From the theory an multiple retriggered ADSR should generate this envelope. An A-140 triggered by a gate source and retriggered by a fast LFO should do the job. The gate length of the gate source defines the overall clap length, the frequency of the retriggering LFO the number (and time distances) of the claps. In addition you can reset LFO by the gate signal. In the 808 a band pass filtered noise is used for hand clap (band pass center frequency ~ 1kHz). Best wishes Dieter Doepfer
