The output voltages of the A-178 are specified on the A-178 info page.

As the A-178 generates a continously changing voltage with an non-linear
behaviour the term 1V/oct does not make much sense in this context. But if
you use e.g. a quantizer A-156 between A-178 and your synth the output is
quantized with 1V/oct.
