Doepfer

Hi I wish to use the 154 + 155 sequencer to do

1: Sequence a Yamaha CS-30 by CV and gate----do I need another  
Doepfer module that converts the signal to Yamaha format?
2: Sync to a Roland System 100 104 sequencer as the slave via clock  
in----do I need another Doepfer module that converts the signal to  
Roland clock in format?
3; Sync to Pro Tools or Logic ?????? Do I need to use a Kenton Pro  
Solo or 190 module and sigh use midi clock??? surely there must be a  
better way than Midi clock which freaks me out
