Early modules had issues with the jack sockets.  Cliff (the mnfr of the sockets) changed their design years ago though.

Other than that, just cosmetics, crackley pots, dodgey rotary switches on the vco octave select, etc.

Check lfo bleed across the power lines (ie listen to the pitch of a vco closely whilst nothings plugged into it)
