I got the link from the author, he was also wondering why they hid it... unfortunately he is no longer with us

of course I can't even open it myself to tell you because its a digital edition and I changed my computer so the file as locked me out... how dare i change my computer?! copyright protection bullshit I'm afraid

I'll pass on the info if and when i get it open - 

and if anyone knows how to crack open a (legal!) digital edition please tell me offlist
