Doepfer

I was able to make a patch in MaxMSP that is reading the midi
information and parsing it into 16 channels.  That works great so far.
 However, the A-192 seems to be only sending out positive voltages. 
My LFOs are only reading once they hit 0-5 volts and not -5 to +5.  I
haven't used the windows software from the doepfer site, just MaxMSP.
 Is there anything I can do to a signal other than offsetting and
normalizing to +5 volts?  What module could I use to offset and
attenuate so I can get the full signal read in Max?

Also, what do the DIP switches do?  

I would ask on the Max site, but I think I'd have more luck here since
this is more about the A-192 than Max.
