Doepfer

Hi All,
          I'm new to the world of modular synths and have recently started to build an A100 not 
really knowing too much about them apart from they sound awesome! Basically I have the 
A190 midi interface plugged into my midi keyboard which will play notes of a different pitch 
but it will not gate, there's a constant sound (when not holding a note) , as i say I'm new to 
modulars so any help would be greatly appreciated.
