From the theory (i.e. if the module is adjusted to ~1V/oct for CV1) the
equation is:

scale ~ (R4+47k)/100k

e.g. if R4 is 22k the max. scale (CV2 control fully CW) should be about
0.7V/oct (i.e. a bit more sensitive than 1V/oct)
