Hi Ethan > Is it possible to emulate a TB-303 with just the suitcase version A- > 100, a midi-cv box, and a midi sequencer? It does come close, but not closer than other 303 clones. Evan already mentioned the Accent, this effect is very difficult to imitate. The portamento thing is not that diffcult. You have to study a real 303, then you can imitate it with a software sequencer and the vc slewlimiter or a normal slewlimiter and a voltage controlled switch. The A110 VCO is a clone of the Moog Rogue VCO and does not really the 303 VCO. (the differences are dependencies between the frequency and the level and DC-offset of the Waveforms). If you think you really want this sound, buy a 303 (it costs the same as the copy with modules). If you only want to make music like that, that is done often with a 303, then use any synth, but buy good distortions and compressors.
