All newer manuals do no longer include the patch sheets as it seemed that
nobody used these templates. You are the first user who is asking for these
pages.

If you want to assemble a template of your system it's much easier to use
the front panel files from our website and print the complete template than
to use the single patch sheets of all modules and cut/paste them with
scissors nad glue.
