With a few excpetions the A-100 modules are designed to be used within the A-100 system, i.e. connections via short shielded cables (A-100 patch cables). Using long unshielded cables may cause malfunction of the modules, especially HF noise due to the high capacitive and/or inductive loads caused by long cables. Solution might be the usage of another module connected between the A-121 output and your mixer. Try one of these modules as the "interface" to your mixer: A-139 Headphone Amplifier (is able to drive even capacitive loads), A-138 mixer, A-130/131 VCA. These modules have outputs that are not that sensitive when using longer cables. Best regards Dieter Doepfer Doepfer Musikelektronik GmbH http://www.doepfer.de email: hardware@doepfer.de
